Recipe for baked chicken legs
Baked chicken legs is one of the easiest ways to cook chicken . The only thing you need to do is season them well, put them in the oven and wait (without neglecting, of course).
There are a thousand ways to make baked chicken legs: with potatoes, onions, with vegetables, with wine , etc. You can practically do them as you wish and with the ingredients you have available at home.
For this recipe, I made the legs of baked chicken with soy sauce. I also put some strong condiments such as cardamom, coriander seeds, pepper and cumin and accompanied them with a delicious rice with dried fruits Hindu style that had previously prepared.
The recipe is for 2 people. In case you want to make it for more diners simply multiply all the portions.

How to make baked chicken legs
- 2 chicken legs
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- A pinch of cardamom (ground)
- Coriander seeds
- Ground cumin
- White and black pepper
- Olive oil
Marinate chicken legs with all the ingredients about 2 or 3 hours before preparing. The amounts of each seasoning equals half a tablespoon of each for 2 thighs, except cardamom that is strong, with a pair of seeds is enough.
After the marinade has elapsed, put the chicken to bake at 180 degrees . The cooking time depends on the size of the pieces. But calculate about 40 minutes to start (always checking that they are not going to burn, some ovens lie with the temperatures indicated and are treacherous).
Approximately halfway through cooking turn the pieces of chicken to brown on both sides.
Once the 40 minutes have passed, and after verifying that they were indeed well cooked, serve the baked chicken legs accompanied by your favorite rice recipe. If you want you can add more soy sauce on the plate. Decorate with fresh coriander and enjoy your meal.
